1. Digital delivery only. Modern Graphics provides digital graphic design services. All deliverables are digital files delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical products.

2. How files are delivered. Final approved files are delivered by secure download link, email, or another agreed electronic method. We will let you know the file formats included with your project (for example, PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, or source files where specified).

3. Delivery timing. Estimated turnaround times are provided per project based on scope and current workload. Timelines begin once we have received all required materials, approvals, and any deposit. Estimates are not guaranteed deadlines unless agreed in writing.

4. Delays. If a project is delayed because we are waiting on materials, feedback, or approvals from you, the delivery estimate will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Problems receiving files. If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your files, contact us at info@moderngraphics.net and we will re-send or provide an alternative method promptly.
