Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for design services purchased from Modern Graphics, Inc. Because our work is custom and delivered as digital files, please read this carefully before ordering.
1. Nature of our services. Modern Graphics provides custom, made-to-order digital design services. Once work has begun, the time and effort invested cannot be returned, so refunds are limited as described below.
2. Deposits. Some projects require a non-refundable deposit to reserve time and begin work. The deposit amount is stated in your quote or at checkout.
3. Cancellation before work begins. If you cancel before we have started work on your project, you are entitled to a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit.
4. Cancellation after work begins. If you cancel after work has begun, we will refund any portion of your payment that corresponds to work not yet performed, at our reasonable discretion. Work already completed or delivered is non-refundable.
5. Completed and delivered work. Because deliverables are digital files, final files that have been delivered and approved are non-refundable.
6. Revisions and satisfaction. Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will work with you within the agreed revision scope to make it right.
7. Errors on our part. If we deliver files that do not match the agreed specifications, we will correct them at no additional charge.
8. How to request a cancellation or refund. Email info@moderngraphics.net with your name, order or project reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
9. Chargebacks. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
