Terms of Service

Welcome to Modern Graphics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Modern Graphics website and your purchase of design services from Modern Graphics, Inc. ("Modern Graphics," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us. Modern Graphics, Inc. is a graphic design studio based at 105 W Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428, USA. We provide custom digital graphic design services, including brand identity and logo design, marketing and social media graphics, print-ready layouts, packaging design, and website/UI visuals. All work is delivered electronically as digital files.
2. Services and quotes. Service descriptions and prices are shown on our website in U.S. dollars (USD). Some projects are quoted individually based on scope. A project begins once we have agreed on the scope and received any required deposit or payment.
3. Orders and payment. By placing an order or approving a quote, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount through our payment provider. Prices are in USD. Applicable Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) will be added where required by law. Payment is processed securely; we do not store your full card details.
4. Project process and revisions. Each service or quote specifies what is included, including the number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes to scope beyond what was agreed may incur additional charges, quoted in advance.
5. Client responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information and any materials, content, or approvals we need to complete your project in a timely manner. You confirm that any materials you supply to us (logos, text, images, fonts) do not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual property and licensing. Upon full payment, you receive ownership of, or a license to use, the final approved deliverables for the purpose described in your project, as specified in your agreement. Preliminary concepts, working files, and unused designs remain the property of Modern Graphics unless otherwise agreed in writing. Modern Graphics may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Turnaround and delivery. We deliver completed files electronically (for example by download link or email). Estimated timelines are provided per project and are not guaranteed deadlines unless agreed in writing. See our Delivery Policy for details.
8. Cancellations and refunds. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Acceptable use. You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
10. Disclaimers. Our services and website are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Graphics disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.
11. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Graphics's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
13. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
